Had an Offer from Bank - Advice Needed Please

Hi, will give you a quick run down of my situation and any advice offered is much appreciated.

To begin with i am in the process of trying to set up a Debt Management Plan with CCCS and one of my creditors is Abbey whom i owe £7243 on a loan. Anyway, I have also been pressing Abbey for £2365 charges they have placed on my current account over last few years. Today i recieved an offer from them for £592.97 of which £104.15 will be paid to my current account and £488.82 paid by cheque to their Collections and Recovery to cover the arrears on my loan.

Should i be happy with this offer or should i pursue them for more? Any other advice or opinions welcome.

I have got arrears on my mortgage but have a payment plan in place that will have them cleared 9 months from now.

The cheque has now been paid to my loan account and outstanding balance has now been adjusted accordingly.

So the mortgage arrears are being cleared slowly but surely?

In that case accept the interim payment but remember the rest is still payable on the conclusion of the OFT test case.
