Freezing Sausages

Another date question!! I bought some pork reared sausages from Sainsburys, taste the difference. I didnt think i was going to use them before the best before date, so the day before they went out of date i froze them. Im now being told by people that if you intend to freeze things you're supposed to do it a few days…

hehehe, I have three, they are all food obsessed...the middle one ( dutch shep ) has learnt how to open our freezer...so have to be very careful what I put into that one...she once stole her dads Lamb Shoulder and Black pudding ( along with a load of veg ) Little sod
