Help Plzz!! Ryanair Not accepting Maestro switch card

Hi there,
I was booking flights through Ryanair and when I tried to pay by my HSBC maestro switch debit card, it is not acceptiong it.
One there is no option for the Switch or maestro card. So, I pressed the option of visa debit/delta card, it doesnt accept the card details and shows error.
Has anybody else also fased the same problem?
Is there a way out as on credit cards they charge more money to book ... comes out to be abt 10 quid extra for 4 flights.

Is SOLO an option ?, often selecting this allows SWITCH card details to go through okay.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0

Debit cards are 40p, CCs are 1.60GBP per flight- a difference of only 1.20 per flight.
Save the hassle,pay by CC. Spend too long trying to circumvent paying the extra and the flights could go up in the meantime anyway0 -

There is no solo option as well.
