I have waited 3 day for 999 inks to respond to an email regarding a batch of failed carts for my Canon ip4300.
Got a email with a ticket number and that was the only thing I've heard.
The carts are a weird design this time, and the printer hates, them, keeps showing cart error.
Well 999inks have suggested I return them. I'll keep you informed of the progress of this case.0 -

Well they got my faulty carts back, they kindly emailed me to ask why I had sent them back!
I had enclosed a note with the cart, emailed them several times, phoned them BEFORE I sent them back.
..... and now silence.
Time to involve BOS VISA I think.0 -

had to email them again, they said they were waiting to find out what I wanted to have happen.
This in the face of phoning them, emailing and writing with what I wanted - i.e. a refund.
They have now said that they will refund plus my postage - will let you know how that goes.0 -

Have had to resort to Bank of Scotland VISA to pursue the issue, the promised a refund but, they promise forever and never deliver!0 -
