Is this website genuine? I've had a look through MSE forums and can only find two references to it (neither bad) but 'Pricecuts' are either really bad at data entry or are making some really spurious claims. It seemed really good at first, but they claim to have found 99% discounted priced on basic things like, I don't know - towels etc - but had starting prices of over £20,000! (and there were loads of similar entries so it wasn't a one-off error).

Has anyone ever found a genuine bargain there or should I steer clear? It's not as if you buy things through them (there are links to Maplins, Currys etc) but I'm a bit suspicious that the links may be to a lookalike site, and not the actual store.

Edit: I've just looked at Maplin's website to see whether they actually had any items that matched pricecuts' claims; and there was - they had emergency (one use, I think) phone chargers reduced to 30p (which matched pricecuts' claim) so I suppose it's a question of checking the item on the actual supplier site.

Thanks, Craig. I think they must have been a new site when I first looked at it because it has a more professional look abou it now.
One of the things that made me suspicious of them was that many items were listed as having been reduced from £28,000 to £5 or less - again, this could have been teething problems.
