No longer "at risk"

I posted a couple of times about being at risk and in a redundancy pool, so thought I'd post the good news too. Our group is now longer at risk and the threat of redundancy has been called off. This came about after two of us negotiated a reduction in hours. We both wanted or needed this for our own reasons. In my case I was advised to on health grounds. I don't really want to go part-time, but I have been struggling at work for a while now. Hopefully this will make things easier and with the threat of redundancy no longer hanging over me, I'm hoping my stress levels will go down too

Lindsay, that is great news.
I would imagine a lot of people are finding it easier to negotiate flexible working hours at present if they can afford it as it helps to cut costs.
Hope it turns out well for you.
