Hi,
This my first post, my apologies if this is in the wrong place but where can I get some advice/information regarding the above.
I used to bank with Nat West.... In early september 08 I agreed to convert my overdraft to a personal loan and reduce the overdraft limit. The next day the banking system went into melt down and I was initially not surprised there was in delay in my "relationship manager" getting back to me. When I chased it up the next week he had gone on leave for two weeks, I was then passed around the Nat West system to no avail for 5 weeks, by which time the world had changed and my loan was eventually refused.
This has cost me quite a lot and in October I registerd a complaint under the TTCF Protocol. And there has been a deafening silince.
How do I progress this? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
