I really hope I am posting this in the right place and people don't mind me asking.
I know you can send a £1 for your CCA to catalogues and if they have no proof then they can't enfore the debt.
My qustion is dose this also apply to CREDIT CARD.
hope some one can help, so new to all this and so many qustions.
Thanks

as inypockets quite rightly says, it does apply to credit cards. But be aware that your lender will probably disagree and you'll probably need to make the point in front of a judge - so do your homework on CCA, previous cases etc... CAG has lots of detailed info.0

Do not forget the law was changed so if the debt was taken out after April 2007 it is a lot harder to challenge. Do not pay to have your agreement checked, once you have obtained it take it to your local CAB to have them check over the info you have researched.Information provided is general and not specific to an individuals position. For more specific advice an agency such as National Debtline, Citizens Advice Bureau, CCCS or Payplan should be contacted.
