hi I’m new to all this I have been charge £259 this year for going over my od I no I’m bad at keeping an eye on my money! I have read martins bit about claiming it back etc have done the template for without claiming interest I’m with Halifax but not sure where to send it or anything! I have a list of date for the charges as I bank online can I just write these out or do I need to print them out and what do I do after I send it please help

You can write or type them out, whichever you prefer. I wrote mine. As you already have them on your PC, then I would just print them off and attach it to the letter.
You do know theres a hold on reclaiming back the charges at the moment though dont you? Unless you claim for financial hardship.I know my spelling is shocking :eek: It is alot better than it used to be though :rotfl:0 -
ok ill print them thats what i dont get! im a full time student living with my girlfreind who works full time so would i be classed as being in financial hardship?0

I dont really know the rules for Financial Hardship, or what covered or not. Try the search bar at the top right hand corner and search for Financial Hardship. Maybe some threads that would help.
