The next day after it is sent - sometimes the day after depending how late in the day the button is pressed to send it. Go to insolvency website, and look for bankcruptcies, and Dro's are listed there separately.

    Good luck xx

Theres a drop down list when you are asked to choose a court.
DRO unit is listed there, although you should be able to find your name when you search all courts.

Just wait for your official notification to come through from the OR if it hasnt already done so. Make sure to file it away safe!

Creditors will still continue to hassle for a few weeks, they get told of the DRO the same day you did, so no excuses really, but you know what they are like!!!!
If they become to much of a hassle, you can ring/write and inform them of the DRO yourself, but they will get the picture at some point I am reliably informed by the Insovency Office!!!

Other than that, just sit back and enjoy your debt free life!!!:p

yep I was advised to do so when I rang the Insolvency Service regarding the mail I was still getting.
You should (in theory anyway) recieve default letters (due to the DRO), VERY important you keep these as something to fall back on if need be.
