That is crap, I know how you feel.

I had my egg card details used fraudulently last year by someome buying loads of flights. (they tried over £5000 worth but luckily I had capped my credit limit at £500)

Whilst mine wasnt through ebay, it was with an egg card (which I assume yours was with). If it makes you feel better, egg were great about it and sorted it all out with very little hassle. And I didnt need to go to the police.

Post on the forums of ebay itself rather than here. You don't need to email ebay as there is a chat type thing for instant help but I'm not sure where to find it.

Ive checked my paypal account and there are no transactions on it since september last year, and that was £5 for a cd lol

Thanks for the words people, sometimes it helps to vent, im starting to turn back from the green colour i was earlier (although now all my clothes are ripped )

If you havent looked at it yet, on the top of the page when you are in ebay there is a tab ( few down from "sell an item" that is called community. they are almost as quick in there as we are here with the responses!

Really pleased they refunded the money, it must be such a relief. Good to know that Egg can be helpful.
