Abbey existing customer BT offer

Options
I haven't used my Abbey card for some months due dire customer service.

Out of the blue, the bank has offered me 0% on BTs for 12 months with no handling fee. Transfers can be arranged by phone or post. Any advice as to which route is safest?

I'd go for phone - gives you a chance to ask them for a credit limit increase, confirm the details, get exact date offer expires, etc etc

I'd go by phone too. You can ask a ton of questions for as much information as possible.
