Competition - Terms & Conditions.

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18. Employees of Constellation Europe Ltd, their families, agents, agencies or any person professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
2. Entry to this prize draw is free, no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter this competition you must complete the entry form in full via the website at www.banrockstation.co.uk/sainsburys or by post. Postal entry forms are available by contacting the promoter. 4. The closing date for entries is 30th September 2007 at 11.59pm.
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Photocopies of forms will be rejected. Only one entry per household. No entries submitted via a third party will be accepted.
6. All entries received by the closing date are automatically entered into a draw where one winning entry form and 25 runner up entry forms will be randomly selected by an independent person on the 1st November 2007.
7. The one winner of the garden party prize and the 25 runners up of the ready made gourmet hampers will each be notified by phone call within 14 days of the close of the prize draw.
8. The winning prize is a garden party for up to 10 people. The party will be organised by the promoter and the timings agreed with him. He will appoint a party planner and catering staff. The promoter will supply the tableware, food and an appropriate number of bottles of Banrock Station wine. The total value of the garden party is £5000. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken by 31st July, 2008. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of an equal or greater value. In the event of the weather on the appointed day proving unsuitable, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, the Promoter may offer one alternative date for the party, or offer a prize of equal value, at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
9. There are 25 runners up prizes. Each runners up prize is a ready made gourmet garden hamper worth up to £200 each. The runners up prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of an equal or greater value.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
11.
