Setting Up Outlook Express (Change of host)

I'm helping someone to switch their website hosting, and as a result their email as well. The domain name is not changing and nor is the email address.

They currently use Outlook Express to receive emails - when we switch to the new web host, how do I set up Outlook Express to:
1. Receive emails from the new host
2. Ensure that all the current emails in the inbox/folders are retained

If I just change the settings for the existing email account to look at the new server for messages, will this work? Or should I create an additional account with the new settings? The fact that the email address will be the same is throwing me and getting me confused:confused:

Setup a new account, it's pretty simple really.. You won't lose any of the existing emails.
