Smile Bank Overdraft.

Evening All,

can someone please let me know if i have been a plonker:confused:

I recently sent smile a cheque for £1400 in full and final payment
against an owed amount of £1496.:exclamati on my overdraft.

I staed that if they cashed this cheque it would signify their
agreement to the terms of my letter, they have cashed my cheque
and sent the balance owed to a debt collection agency:mad:

As i have not claimed back any overdraft charges i thought i would
be okay, please do i have to pay the balance or can i ignore them.;)

Thanx

Unless you get agreement to your F&F in writing before actually paying them, they will always just take the money and agree to nothing.

As far as they are concerned you still owe the balance. the one thing you should do is reclaim all your charges.
