barclay card not sending my charges

Not happy people. Barclay card still havent sent my default charges through and they have the nerve to cash my 10 pound cheque in on the 15th of may. Phoned them up they cant speak a word of english, i have e mailed them god knows how many times what is the next move:mad:

This happened to me too , took well over the 40 days but once I sent the first letter off had offer to refund in full + interest in less than a week.
