Offike.co.uk - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
I'm writing this as a warning against these money-stealing fraudsters. Offike.co.uk is a trading name of RJ Stennis & Co Ltd of Perth, Scotland. They claim to sell PC equipment and toner cartridges but if they do actually supply such things is unknown.
Back in March I was looking for a Mini-ITX pc case and the exact one that I wanted is only stocked by MicroDirect, a reputable online shop. However it often out of stock, a quick Google shopping search found it available at offike.co.uk. I'd never heard of them before and could not find much information about them. Looking back I should not have taken the risk but unfortunately I did.
The order was accepted and my credit card charged £54 and then I heard nothing else from them. After a week I emailed them and was told it would be shipped ASAP, a week later and still no sign.
Then I received an email saying it was out of stock and would be dispatched by the end of March, the end of the month came and went and still no sign. April was spent phoning them, most of the time it was engaged or a frankly useless sounding lady said it would be processed even though she often didn't take any details like an order number until I offered it...
At the end of April a message appeared on their website saying the order has been canceled and they would issue a refund, I never had an email or phone call telling me this I had to find it out for myself. May came and went and that refund never appeared on my credit card. Numerous phone calls and emails went ignored.
I've now written formal letters to both themselves and Trading Standards demanding the refund be issued but I suspect I'll never heard anything back from them.
I've been buying things on the internet for over 10 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had outside of eBay.
A quick Google search now bring up results which start to show what kind of operation these people are running such as SiteJabber.com and CanYouTrustThem.com
Whilst I don't expect I'll ever get my money back I just hope that other people don't fall into the same trap and it'll teach me not to take a risk with an unknown website.
If you've had the misfortune of dealing with them and haven't recieved your order I suggest contacting Perth & Kinross Trading Standards. Maybe if enough people can show what a bunch of theives they are action will be taken to stop their frankly stealing ways.
NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!

I recently paid for HP Toner Cartridges from this company. When they did not arrive I tried emailing and phoning. They have yet to respond to my emails and phone calls almost all the time go to an answerphone. Despite the answerphone message saying that they will get back, this does not happen. The only time I got through to someone, the lady answering said that she could give me no information but would pass my message on.
Again NO RESPONSE.
Having looked into the company further, I agree that it is the website trading part of RJ Stennis Ltd Co of Perth (Scotland).
The money was taken through Securetrading.com. I have written to them but I am not hopeful that the matter will get resolved quickly.0 -

:mad: It's only having spent hours writing letters and making phone calls to various people, that I came across this forum. Yes all what has happened to you has been repeated . I am so angry. They actually said my mastercard wouldn't work so i stupidly paid with my switch card and the money was taken from my bank immediately. of course there is no protection so I am left to do battle ' alone' .
I just feel so angry that they have been allowed to continue this scam for such a long time. I will take this further and will keep posting any 'success I have ....but I won't be holding my breath.
I will send a letter to Watchdog as well as the other places you have mentioned.
Thanks for the post, as at least I am resigned to having lost my money. BUT SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THIS HAPPENING TO OTHER PEOPLE.
Is there anyone who lives close enough to their registered offices to go and see them?
I'm now going to contact companies house with their registered number which is0334336sc.
Good Luck 'Toner Warriors' ...the fight is on!!:mad:0 -
If you search their postcode plus unit 1 you will see several companies operate from here.

:mad:Parker Supplies is also a company linked to Offike, i also have had issues with them over the past 2 months, i never received my order, i cancelled and was told i would get a refund. Nothing has happened, i have been in contact with them and keep hearing the same stories. They now refuse to answer their phones, i can only recommend speaking with your Credit card issuer and complaining to watchdog. I will never use this site again, BUYERS BEWARE.:mad:0

:mad::mad:We got caught as well. Ordered toner cartridge from Parker Supplies for £234.00 in july. After trying to contact them by phone with no joy We cancelled the order in august and received email back to say that we would be refunded. As of the 30/9 we have still not received a refund and are not likely to. It seems as if there are numerous companies linked to Parker supplies so steer clear of them. Anyone who can offer help to stop this happening to anyone else.0

I've had a very similar problem with the offike company. I ordered an ink cartridge which didn't arrive within a week so I rang to cancel. The lady I spoke to said it was cancelled and I'd receive a refund. I didn't. I've contacted Barclaycard as I paid on my card, but they say that as it was a while ago (it was only July and I contacted them in January) I have to deal with it myself! After reading these posts I have contacted Barclaycard again as I thought that I was protected from fraud. I'm going to ensure that I buy from well known high street merchants in future even though I know I'll have to pay the top price.0
