Tax credits- childcare help please?

Hi,
I'm just filling in the forms and I'm up to the childcare provider section. What I want to ask is, My daughter is in a different school to my Son (3.5 miles apart), My daughter goes to AfterSchool club and my son Wraparound, my daughter will need to use the after school club twice a week until the summer holidays then she leaves for high school. Am I able to have two different childcare providers for her? (I would need to use my Sons holiday club for both of them in the summer holidays) as this is only a five minute walk away, am i able to do this, or can i just have one childcare provider for her?

Yes you can use more than one childcare provider aslong as you inform TCO.0

Yeah I'm on a work trial at the mo, but expect to be taken on next week, I hate it there! really awful manager, no breaks etc, but it's a job and it gets me off IS, YEY!!

What happens if I only need childcare twice a week at the moment and I put that down on the ctc forms, and I'm asked to work overtime/cover holidays etc? which I'm told i will have to do0 -
