LG Renoir Kc 910 Vibrating issues??

Hi there.
Vibration only works randomly sometimes in both touchscreen and vibrating alert for incoming calls and messages. Just going on byself when start texting or afer couple of calls received.
Not sure if this is a issue with the hardware or just a software issue.
Please help me with it.
