Not sure if this is the right place to post this

short version - ordered a ds for my son from marshall ward, they delivered when i was at work on Monday to my particularly unsavoury neighbour and she has been 'out' since. Finally got her in today and she can't find it. Thinks someone has been in her house and taken it! lies of course, she has sold it for drugs.

I have spoken to Marshall Ward and they have told me who signed for the delivery, it was her.

Marshall Ward will send me a replacement but i can't help feeling that that is not the point.

any advice?
should i call the police? will they do anything?
i don't think she should get away with it, she robbed us last summer and got away with that through lack of evidence!

I am so angry :(

Any advice appreciated

You can't really do anything as the theft is from Marshall Ward and not from you. They are responsible for getting the item to you. Marshall Ward probably won't do anything

First of all it's NOT your problem you'll get a new one

    BUT

keep a record of these disputes with this neighbour, in detail, because one day you might get her moved on...
