We decided to buy a fliter cooler machine that fits onto the existing water supply. although the set up cost is more approx £500 you do not have to buy and store large bottles of water. We just have a small switch by the side of the sink in the office kitchen and the chiller is in the cupboard under neath. We pay about £50 per year for filters. The company who fitted it are named Blue Water0

We do the same, with Filterpure, I am not sure we had those large setup costs either. Our chiller is freestanding and plumbed into a supply pipe which goes to the staff loo, but obviously the chiller is outside the loo!
A vast improvement on empty and full bottles rolling around the room, no having to lift heavy bottles etc. And greener too!Signature removed for peace of mind0
