Best mortgage rate for ftb with £50k deposit, ltv 50%

does anyone know what the best mortgage there is for someone who is a ftb with a £50k deposit and who will have a ltv of 50% ( looking at houses upto £100k)

I suggest plugging some numbers into http://www.moneysupermarket.com/mortgages. It won't bring up 100% of all mortgages available, but should find 90-95%.

Best percentage wise? I want a mortgage to be for 20 years, I also want to have a 5yr fixed, so I know what I’m paying each month plus if I have spare cash I can over pay.

Heres what I have been offered by a mortgage advisor today. I’m going to see him now to mess around with figures to see what is the best deal there is but was after your opinions as well...
