I have contacted an indepentdant mortgage advisor who has supplied me with 2 quotes, are they any good?
I am a ftb with a £50k deposit
these figures are based on a property valued at £90,0000 with a mortgage of £40,000 ona repayment basis over 25 years.
I charge a fee of £295 which is only payable if and when the mortgage completes
Product1 = 4yr fixed Rate = 4.89% Fees= £0 Cashback = £0 Per Month = £231.28 Valuation Fee = £250 Notes = Val. Refunded on completion
Product2 = 5yr fixed rate = 4.89 Fees=£299 Cashback= £250 Per Month=£231.28 valuation Fee=£0
