Time to transfer balance - to which card?

I currently have around £2000 on my Egg card at 0% and between £900 and £1000 on Nationwide card at 0%. Both deals run out mid April and I am looking to transfer to a new card.
Who offer the best deal at the moment?
I do not want to pay a fee and I would like 0% for 9 months if this is possible. Would a "lifetime balance" deal benefit me?
My other cards I have (with nothing oweing on them) are Mint, Virgin. Both were previously used for their own 9 months 0% balance transfers.
Thanks in advance.

I just took out the Sky card with 0% until 1 Jan 2007. When the card arrived it said I had a limit of £3,500 but when I called to transfer all my cards they said I could transfer a limit of £10,000!
I have therefore potentially saved interest of £700 over the next year or so with my planned payments.
There was a post on here a couple of days ago that said the offer was now until 1 Feb 07. It was seen on their website.

Edit: Oooops I should mention that they charge a BT of 2%. But even with this I made a saving.0 -
The time was four weeks ago ... It could be too late now. Tart Alert :reelcrazy wrote:Time to transfer balance ... deals run out mid AprilThe rough time it takes to apply for a new card and balance transfer to it (shift debt from the old card to the new one, hopefully at a cheaper rate) is six weeks, so this is when you need to know.

The only benefit is no need to switch every 6-9 month. However, there are no "lifetime balance" deals with 0% interest ...Would a "lifetime balance" deal benefit me?0 -

Check your repayment date with Egg. It wont be the middle of the month, hope it is the end of April not the end of March or else you are out of time.0 -
Nat West are doing 0% for 9 months at mo....there is 2% fee BUT this is waived if you are already a Nat West customer. I applied and did the BT in the space of approx. 2 weeks.

Just checked and it is the end of April so looks like I should be ok if I act now. I am thinking of getting one of the HBOS cards that Martin mentions in his Credit Cards article. Can anyone give me a reason not to apply for one of them?
