Virgin Mobile

I have just changed over to them from BT Mobile ( Grrrrrr !! ) and I must say what a pleasure they are to deal with. The call centre answers immediately , they know what they are talking about and everything , including porting my number , went without a hitch.
A couple of days ago , while going through the " Virgin Services " on the phone I discovered that , if you sign up with the RAC through Virgin, you have £ 20 added to your phone account. It so happens that my breakdown service is up for renewal so I rang the special number , got a good quote and signed up. I then checked with Virgin if my account had been credited only to be told that this offer had ceased over a year ago and the particular recorded message should have been removed.
Even so , the customer-service rep said that , as I had signed up in good faith, I would still get my £20. It went on to my account immediately. Then next day I received a £10 Virgin Mega store voucher from the RAC. So well done all round. You just need to remove that recorded message!

i completely agree with you, having changed from bt myself a couple of months ago to virgin, they are so much nicer to deal with, always helpful and friendly, unlike bt, who basically wouldnt give a door a bang for ya.
so glad i moved and would recommend them to anyone;D
Nobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission
