Graduate account & reclaiming charges

I have a graduate bank account.
As I have not yet managed to find a job since graduating, this account is almost always up to its overdraft limit - ie £2000 in the red.
I'd like to reclaim my bank charges, but am concerned that if I do so,
could my bank either (a) up the interest on my account, or (b) worse still, want to shut the account down?
Has anyone else been in a similar situation ??
Thanks for any input offered!

(a) is unlikely
(b) is not gonna happen as it is against the FSA Waiver on Bank Charges.
Start the process
