I know this has probably been done to death but i'm keen to find out who owns the fence at the bottom of my garden. This fence is the left hand side fence looking from the back of the house behind mine? ie. my back fence their left fence. This solution is generally OK up to 6ft, but you can fall foul of bye laws if higher. Best to agree with the neighbour.
