A friend is going to be studying in Denmark for about a year, where's the cheapest place for them to get insurance so they're covered if anything happens. TIA>

An annual policy will be a multi trip policy designed for lots of short trips but will have a maximum stay on any one of (usually) 30,60 or 90 days. As for a year long cover, any insurance will become invalid if the person returns to the UK for more than 24 hours. Some companies, STA for example, do offer a study abroad insurance that permits 3 returns home to the UK, however, buying 3 separate policies from other places may work out cheaper. And if, you know, your history...0
