Tickets bought last October, not arrived - paypal claim?

    You would make a charge back through you credit or debit card issuer, assuming you paid by card rather than from a py pal balance. If you've made a non receipt claim with pay pal and escalated it then pay pal will find in your favour, as no item has been delivered to you and the seller will not have proof of postage, which he would need to contest any claim.

    The seller can opt to admit the claim and it will be paid instantly, even though he claims pay pal have frozen his funds he should still have access to his pay pal account to be able to do this.

    You will get your money back sooner or later.

    Thanks for that, I did pay by credit card through paypal and it has been escalated as per my previous post. So you reckon I should just hang on till paypal get in touch before contacting the credit card company to start a chargeback?
