Hi,

Has anyone got Pitch Standing or Pitch Standing Hospitality tickets for next Mon, Tues or Wed. I am going on the Tuesday and am trying to get a heads up regarding what kind of time to get there to try and get a reasonable standing position.

The gates open at 4pm, 1st support act comes on at 6:30pm and Take That come on at 8:45pm until about 10:30pm.

Have you paid for car parking as well as I hear parking is residents only in the imemdiate vicinity?

Can't help with the tickets but I can tell you the deal with parking at the Ricoh as I'm a CCFC season ticket holder.

All the streets within a wide radius of the Arena are in designated Arena zones, AA, AB etc. The council then nominate 'Event' days and display them on parking signs in the zones. On those days, (football matches, concerts etc), you can only park on any of the streets if you display a ticket, which is like a scratchcard. They are issued to residents for free.

I know the wardens patrol during events and issue lots of tickets. Problem is that there are no yellow lines, and lots of away fans just don't read the signs and presume they can park.

If you leave the M6 at J3 there are 'unofficial' matchday car parks which cost about £5. They are about a 15 minute walk away. If you park in one of the Arena car parks be prepared for a very long wait to get away afterwards.
