    On the bright side - with ao many people having it, it does mean it's not as fatal as first calculated.

    with regards to swine flu - its a freaking flu.

    if you young, old, infirm then they do a flu vaccination, otherwise, the *only* way to beat any flu or cold is proper hygine - wash the hands regularly, blow nose with tissues and dispose.

    but yeah, you're all right, something is "spreading" through the population and we're only noticing because its more in the media than the common cold.

    couple days good bed rest does the world of good, but its the people who go into work / school when they know they are ill are the irresponsible carriers and spreaders of this disease.

    cheers for that :rolleyes::p

    However........ I know full well I caught it from the person who sits about 4 feet away from me at work. She started with a sore throat, then had 2 days off sick, came back with a hacking cough. Think she was very generous with her germs!!

    its just a flu!

    BB you be fine - take some time off work, have a nice long hot shower and put your clothes & bed linen in for a wash and sleep it off.
