Bun they say that they are similar to running on a treadmill..so taking into account of what I would burn running outside and guessing its similar around 100 per mile going 10-11 min miles. So roughly 300 per half hour. This of course depends on your weight, height and speed.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Weightlossresources had it at 130~160cal (depending how 'active' you are) a few months ago. People on the forums were laughing that its only really a bar of choc and are their partners 'worth' that :rotfl:
Edit ~ here you can imput the minutes you spent doing it and warming up to get a calculation :T0
