What one person thinks best, another won't - it'll be a combination of quality (build), features, performance, price and brand - everyone has a set of parameters.

I can recommend the Sony DPF80, bought one for my sister who got married last weekend. She and her hubby were delighted and tell me it's really easy to use and the pictures look great.
