i was wandering if you could help me i applied for my pashmina in may the one I ordered for my cousin showed up but mine didn't so i emailed comfort and they said ok but we need your adress and your code so not knowing what the code was i just sent them my adress .They then said yes your adress is registerd but we need your code .I then asked them what the code was and they said you get sent one and then you can order a pashmina by putting a code in the form other wise it would'nt of been registered but i clearly rember ordering a pashmina and being told it will be sent out to me i did this for my cousin aswell and i rember no code so can some one help me by telling me if there was a code or wasnt a code thanks.

Mine didnt come either, but i didnt email comfort, i called them up for free.

Call us Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Telephone: 0800 776647 (free)!!!!

call them, tell them the name of the person you put on the form when you applied for it, tell them the exact date when you applied, and tell them you have not recieved it and you have been waiting for a long time. hopefully they will say you will recieve one straight from their factory.

mine came a few days after i called!!!!
