That must have been what happened to mine as well, I never thought about it at the time, but one end had definitely been opened, so had one that was sent to a friends house!!!

Ours came in a poly bag, with the pashmina and conditioner inside in seperate bags aswell. nice light brown colour too.

Received mine this morning, and had the same problem, conditioner, voucher and that was it!!!

Fabulous, thank you so much to the original poster! I am so pleased.

Here is what it looks like. The envelope is about A4 size but because the pashmina is soft & flexible the postman had no trouble fitting it through my standard sized letter box:
