I remember when I applied there was a message that anyone who had already requested the sample from a previous offer would not be eligible for the pashmina and sample offer.
Might be worth registering again with a different email addy and change the home address slightly.

Got mine today in a lovely golden envelope and a bottle of Comfort to to rinse it in when it has been washed.

I got my sample today, but the evelope came open. Im guessing by that the pashmina was in there and someone else has benefitted from my freebie At least they left the conditioner!
