Esure Claim Dispute

Hello again. I completely agree and have fed back all comments raised. New wording has been drafted to make sure any letters sent out are clear and as you said, more self-explanatory. We certainly didn't want to cause any worries or concerns. Niki0

Great.
Nice to know you're listening :T0 -
Esure should be writing to their own customers, not employing a 3rd party to do it.
Even IF they continue to use the 3rd party, they should be writing to the customers as Esure, not Ectimo.
Customer care blunder if you ask me.
Calm down dear, it's only poor management!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
I think I've had a reworded letter from them today !! Again mine was for a broken laptop which was also supplied by Empire Direct.
There is a paragraph in mine that now says "We would like to make it clear that we are not seeking to recover Esure's loss from you or any member of your family. Where we can pursue another party, we will at the same time seek to recover your policy excess."
I await their phone call as I'm not phoning their 0845 line

Its nice to see Niki / Esure have taken notice of MSE members, we just need them to include a geographic telephone number and / or a free phone number.
Well done Niki and well done MSE0 -
Lets be honest though.
One of Ectimo's practices will be too find claims that shouldnt have been paid and nullify them. Esure might put a positive spin on this but they will have contracted Ectimo to get cash back from anyone including customers.0
