advice please.could i ask capital one for a copy of the telephone conversation that sold me the ppi dating back to dec 1998?if so would i have to pay for privalige?thanks

    Hi Trish you can ask, there is no harm in doing this, however as it was in 1998, they may not have a copy of these, see what they have to say, good luck.;)
