Hi All,
My Mother in Law is constantly recieving high monthly bills from Virgin Media. My Wife has reduced her package so she now only has to pay £11 per month for basic TV and Telephone Line Rental. Is this the best we can do for this ?
We would now like to attack the calls, so that call are routed through another provider. She usually makes quite a few local and national calls and some calls back to Ireland and a few to Austrailia.
Can anyone please suggest some override providers we can use with Virgin Media that will reduce these costs ? I apologise if this question has already been asked in the forum, but I cannot find an answer.
Many Thanks for all your help !
Richard

We are with Virgin and use a code from the 18185 website. Very easy to set up and use.
I am still a new user to this forum so can't post a link but it is easy found if you look it up on internet.
Hope this helps.0 -
Thanks for your reply, just so that I confirm... you have virgin installed with tv etc... and this is not a bt line with virgin's services ?0

We only have a virgin line which we use for phone and broadband, we don't have the tv package. We just registered with 18185 and then you dial a code before the number you want to dial and that's it. I think normal landline calls are 1p per min and ones to abroad are really cheap to, I think it is 2p per min for Australia.0
