Hi,
I've got a small amount of shares in a US company, Johnson & Johnson and I've decided to sell them. I have a share certificate but am a complete noob and have no idea how to go about it.
Have searched through Google and found lots of jargon and stuff about accounts but simply I only really want to do 1 transaction.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

not aware of any brokers in UK who still offer certificated foreign stock trading. cetainly most will offer it as a nominee service but you will need to lodge the certificate into their nominee name first - could be up to 6 weeks0
