Capital One 0% Offer

Just wondering if someone can help.

Capital One sent me an 'invited' offer to apply for a card offering 0% on BT till July 07. I was wary of the offer as I had seen on TV that you needed to spend £100 on the card to get this offer. However after reading through all the information on the application i couldn't find anything about this at all. I applied for the card and have been accepted and have transferred my balance (i put the details on the application and it was done straight away). I'm now worried that I have transferred my balance (and incurred the 2% fee for doing so) and I'm not going to get the 0% unless I spend £100.

Can anyone tell me whether they too have had this offer sent to them and whether or not I have messed things up??

I'm new to all this 'posting' so please be kind to me!

Not aware of the details, but keep a copy of all the T&C's you were issued, if they don't include this '£100 clause' they can't add it retrospectively after you've signed up and transferred.

If they do argue witrh them (you'll win)

Just spoke to a chap (Andy) at CapitalOne, and the offer with the flyer in the Sunday Times is 0% on BTs until July 07, 2% uncapped fee, and NO need for £100 spend. Promotion code thingy from leaflet is 8904-250.
