credit card insurance

Hi everyone out there. Never really thought it worth it before but all this PPI reclaim talk has got me thinking about my credit card insurance. Ok it is only pennies to a pound or 3 every month but when all you use a credit card for is convenience and you put on a couple of hundred a month and pay it off straight away this insurance is certainly not needed. Anyone think it's worth trying to do something about it?
Not only that but how do i stop the insurance altogether
