Hi hope you guys can help me...
In 2005 My ex-husband and I took out a joint loan to buy a new car (aproxx £11k) which included PPI. When we spilt up in 2006 and as the owner/driver of the car I agreed to take on the the loan myself and the PPI was automatically included and a new loan was recalculated over a 36month period. There is still 6 month left on the loan and my attempts to cancel the ppi part of the loan were advised against by the person(s) i have spoken to as i would have to start the 36 month period of the loan again and i would lose the £250 cash back.
I think i have a stong case for reclaim (meet at least 3 of 5 the criteria) Do i have to wait for for it to end or can i do it now?
thanks

Hi there
It makes no difference whatsoever, if this is a settled or active policy, you can try to reclaim at any time, for more info with templates, check this link here:

Good luck and if you require help with this let us know.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
