can't find any news about it?
Don't know if I should try to reclaim charges now or what? If I've already tried will they automatically look at my claim anyway?
And all this business has caused a bad credit rating will this change when I get the charges back?

We're getting there, slowly but surely.0 -
So no point trying again at the moment? Only someone got a phone call at work yesterday telling them they could reclaim their charges.0

And charge you a fee for doing so..... You can reclaim charges yourself and it costs you just 3 stamps and £10 for your details. So no point trying again at the moment? Only someone got a phone call at work yesterday telling them they could reclaim their charges.0 -
Yes I've sent the bank all statements etc... Will I have to do it all again?
And will my credit rating change?
The bank is still charging but I'm not paying anymore after paying them nearly £3000 -
I would send them a letter with regards to the additional charges and tell them that you want them as well.Yes I've sent the bank all statements etc... Will I have to do it all again?

Thanks for info but need to know do i have to do everything I've already done (sent letter etc...) again? Or will they have kept hold of my claim?0

The last acknowledgement you got should have a reference on it. I would use that reference number and send one letter stating that you have a claim on hold and you would like the bank to add the charges since that letter of x amount plus interest. Thanks for info but need to know do i have to do everything I've already done (sent letter etc...) again? Or will they have kept hold of my claim?
Make sense?0 -
Yes but I haven't paid anymore charges since feb, not going to either as I've already paid them nearly £300.
Thanks0
