Seatwave urgent help needed

I have tickets that I am selling that have to be received by Sunday, I choose to send it myself instead of UPS and i clicked details to get a copy of Buyer's address, however before i could write it down my browser refreshed and it is now saying tickets shipped even through i don't have a copy of buyer's address or entered a tracking number, i have e-mailed them but with no reply and was left on hold for 20 mins on phone before i hung up, don't know what i should do now so any advice welcome, thanks

You would have gotten a confirmation of the sale via email, which would include the address of the buyer.0
