I placed a few orders one with my e-mail and another with my husbands paid with debit card and when i check the status of my orders it now says 'credit rejected' WHY?? has anyone had their items delivered yet? or what does the status of your order say please??

I ordered on the 8th June, status this morning says "Delivery due today".

I used my existing littlewoods account though (not debit card).

Items to be delivered today for everything apart from Marshallward,these have charged me the full price for the item,but then theres a credit back to card so I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

They do check and Martin has stepped in before to sort this out for customers, but if you read his warnings it does say if you are caught you will be charged so use the codes at your own risk!

Just thought I would let you lot know. The last couple of codes on here have not been honoured for me. One with Marshall Ward and one with Great Universal. The Great Universal code was also a first order code. The code is honoured when I checkout and brought my balance down to £3.00, but they have still snatched £13.00 from my bank account. I emailed them and they say codes cannot be used and will not be accepted unless isued to your personally. I am now in the process of returning my items. Are they alowed to do this though? Either they will accept it or they won't. Seems strange to me and a breach on Trades Description surely.

thanks was able to use codes on both empire and littlewoods. empire especially good as they were doing a 3 4 2 on swimsuit items and had £20 od points to use. so came to £19.89 which almost covered cost of £22 twiggy dress but also meant i got 2 dresses, 2 tankini tops, 2 bottoms. a swing cardigan 2 pairs of lace undies and couple of small bits cant remember but all this for freeeee but favourite price so thanks again

They can do it. When they take your order the codes are put through, thats when the checks are made and if the code wasnt given to you then you have no right to use it which is where they are covered.
