2. cant be used online. i telephoned yesterday and was kept on over 10mins(hopefully its only 5p/min from bt line)you get all the usual delay tactics.i.e press 1,2 etc........cruddy music,......would you like to buy aftershave etc and we'll give you another discount...............oh i see you have not purchased anything for a while i'll just pass you on to another colleague to reactivate your account...............yawn!

having said that i hope to be recieving £10 psp game for a 50p phone call if all goes to plan but it is a lot of faffing if you havent time to spare. good luck!

Both me and DH recieved this letter but like another poster said, it wouldnt work online. I have emailed them but are yet to hear from them.

Or phone 0800 015 1000 (from saynoto0870) and pay nowt for the call.
