I thought it was a fact that smokers had poor taste and more importantly, poor sense of smell, I guess Marco must be pretty super then hehe I know my mother had very little of either and she smoked all her adult life. But then again I have not tasted anything he has cooked..
The way I see it, if it looks fine, smells fine and tastes fine then it probably is fine!
