once you have been made bankrupt (are you a home owner)? ,the creditors can not do anything further as for the judge not accepting your petition that will not be an issue he will, you will then be discharged after around 12m, but will lose your surplace income for another 24m roughly good luck ps a bit of advise dont tell the creditors you going bankrupt just stall until the day

and also you will need 460.00 for each person who is going bankrupt and the or will take your car if it worth more than 3 grand but will give you some money for a replacement if needed for work but going bankrupt is not as scarry as poeple think and its not as stressfull as dealing with creditor who wont leave you alone
