I currently have a secured loan with First Plus which includes a single premium PPI of around 6000. Wasn't even aware of how this worked when took out the loan or obviously would not of had it! I have complained to First Plus but had a rejection letter(surprise surprise) but it appears they are claiming it not to be their fault but Debt Busters who we arranged the loan through! Whom should I be making the claim against, First Plus who the loan is with, or, Debt Busters who arranged it all? Anyone any ideas?

Hi there
Yes you write to the ones who arranged this for you, I would enclose a copy of the letter you already sent to FP, and make them aware that you already wrote to FP, and if you want to also enclose a copy of FP letter which confirms you have to write to DB.
Good luck and keep at them.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
